The Shenango Vallie Chapter of Credit Unions, in conjunction with CrossState Credit Union Association and First Choice Federal Credit Union of New Castle Pennsylvania, are proud to offer $500 2025 Continuing Education Awards and The Edward J Cialella First Choice Scholarships.
For nearly 20 years, First Choice Federal Credit Union of New Castle Pennsylvania has invested in the educational lives of our young members by offering these scholarships.
Who can apply for these scholarships?
Applicants must be a member prior to submitting an application. Members must be between the ages of 17-24. Members must also be pursuing post-high school studies at a college, university or vocational trade school.
How can I apply?
Applications can be downloaded here: First Choice Scholarship Application, or picked up at one of our branches. Completed applications and essays are due to First Choice by April 11, 2025. Or, they can be mailed to:
